For me cooking is about preparing a meal with your heart and soul and then sharing it with your loved ones. This love for food reflects the passion, gratefulness and commitment to those you care about when you serve them a dish.

When my middle daughter was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance, I felt a sense of loss for her. Not only was she missing the foods she had loved, she was also missing the interactions and connections that those foods brought to her life. This realization prompted me to start cooking and baking exclusively gluten-free to ensure that I could continue to share my love with her through my baking. I also found myself disappointed with the measly range and poor quality of gluten free products commercially available.

What began as a mission to create a safe haven for my daughter has turned into an unceasing pursuit of providing for people with serious allergies and intolerances so that they may to enjoy the baked goods they desire.
